An online shop for an HVAC manufacturer, integrated with ERP and a courier system, taking orders across Europe in four languages.
A website and online shop for the Slim air curtain and a dedicated website for the Rooftop Cube, both built on Pimcore for an HVAC manufacturer.
Context
Flowair is a Polish-owned manufacturer of heating and ventilation products for medium and large buildings: water heaters, air curtains, curtain heaters and heat recovery units. In nearly 20 years it has become an expert in the HVAC industry, and the brand is present in over 40 countries in Europe and Asia.
LemonMind has worked with Flowair since 2012, starting with a new company website.
Challenge
In 2020 Flowair launched the Slim air curtain and a new way to sell it: an online shop for end customers. The device stands out for its design, confirmed by the Oscar of Design award in 2021, so the shop had to meet high standards of aesthetics and ergonomics.
The Rooftop Cube, for ventilation with heat recovery, cooling and heating, needed a site that shows its advantages visually.

Diagnosis
Both projects run on Pimcore. In its Community version Pimcore works as a central product information database (PIM) and as a content management system, and it supports visually distinctive interfaces in traditional and headless setups.
For Slim, LemonMind combined an image and information website with a shop dedicated to the product, so presentation and buying sit in one place.
Delivery
The team built both product websites on Pimcore, so Flowair edits them itself, and added the online shop with its courier, payment and ERP integrations for the Slim air curtain.
Pages are built from custom content blocks and bricks, so Flowair edits and adds subpages without code.
The Flowair team can quickly create dedicated landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Pimcore covers on-site SEO, automatic thumbnails for each device, WebP files and fast metadata editing.
The Slim shop runs on CoreShop, the e-commerce extension for Pimcore, with LemonMind's own bundles.
Bundles connect the shop with the Geis and GLS courier platforms and the Przelewy24 payment operator.
Orders go from Pimcore to the ERP system, which organises picking and delivery to the customer.
Result
The Slim shop and website reflect the design of the air curtain, and the integrations with couriers, payments and ERP streamlined both buying and logistics.
The Rooftop Cube website presents content in a dynamic way and can be updated quickly as the product develops. On both sites Flowair makes changes on its own.

Solution
Both product websites run on Pimcore as a CMS built from content blocks, with on-site SEO and image optimisation included. The Slim shop adds CoreShop with LemonMind's bundles for courier and payment integrations, and passes orders to the ERP system for fulfilment.
