Challenge: Pioneering digital product presentation

The main goal of this initiative was to establish a centralized product data repository accessible to all stakeholders. Ceramika Paradyż was looking for an advanced approach to displaying product information on their website, reflecting the innovative nature of their products. The site required a user-friendly, intuitive design that attractively presents a broad spectrum of products. Existing solutions had to be modified to better represent the entire range of products, connect digital assets and establish relationships between products. In addition, the project aimed to introduce a new e-commerce platform aligned with the company's strategic vision and ecosystem. Increased automation in this area not only accelerated and enhanced the quality of product communication, but also improved brand image and user experience.

Solution: Innovative online product representation

The process began with identifying product attributes and establishing a multi-level structure of technical categories. Given the frequent introduction of new collections, a highly flexible and simple data management system was required. The solution included not only the organization of product data, but also the integrated exchange of product, customer and order data with the ERP system. Other integrations included authorization systems and sales network data. The website serves as a product showcase and a source of inspiration and information about the company and its outlets. The site's search functionality was enhanced with the Elasticsearch engine, and site content management was expanded to include SEO optimization and dynamic URL generation. Customization of the Pimcore dashboard improved the UX (user experience) layer of the application.

The PIM system became the main center for consolidating product data from the ERP system, supplemented with information and resources from various sources. This data was disseminated through multiple user access channels. The website effectively presents information about the company and product assortment, facilitating their purchase. In addition, data from PIM, including prices, availability and other product details, are used in external online marketing channels. The CMS administration panel allows the creation of a variety of sub-pages and landing pages. A key aspect was to integrate the service with the company's internal systems to ensure data import and consistent synchronization. The implementation of the Pimcore system met all objectives in the areas of PIM/MDM, CMS, DAM and e-commerce. The result is a system with a dynamic data model, prepared for continuous development and innovation in product presentation and sales.
