A drag-and-drop template builder with 12 attribute types, variants and bundles; a catalogue in sheet, tile or kanban view; completeness tracking and validation rules; your own product statuses and permissions per role, language, attribute and product; real-time automations and bulk editing; AI for names, descriptions, translations and missing attributes from a PDF; and a DAM that assigns files to products by SKU. There is also an AI photo studio for generating product images. The vendor lists data handling for GPSR (EU product safety) and the Digital Product Passport (DPP) in all plans; see product data compliance.

The licence runs from EUR 0 (Free) through EUR 5,990 a year (Advance) and EUR 19,990 a year (Scale) to individual pricing (Enterprise). Prices are net and paid annually in advance (ergonode.com, as of 20 October 2026). Implementation and integrations are priced separately. The vendor also offers paid "Concierge" onboarding from EUR 1,500.

Scale: up to 300,000 products and 40 users, 30,000 AI credits a month, 500 GB plus a staging environment and standard support with an SLA. Enterprise: no limits, individual AI credits, a private cloud option and a dedicated account manager (ergonode.com, as of 20 October 2026).

Not any more. The former open-source version is archived on GitHub, and today Ergonode is available only as a cloud service.

No. Ergonode runs as a service in the vendor's cloud; the Enterprise plan offers a private cloud. If the system must run on your own server, consider Pimcore or Akeneo Community Edition.

Ergonode has its office in Kraków, Poland, and a Polish version of its website. It has Polish connectors, for example to Allegro, Ceneo, Comarch ERP and Subiekt. The vendor describes the architecture as MACH: API-first and cloud-native, built to connect to other systems through APIs.

Both are PIMs focused on product data. Ergonode has a lower entry threshold: a Free plan and published prices, with DAM, workflows and AI as standard. Akeneo offers a choice between the cloud and a free Community Edition on your own server, with a large ecosystem of connectors and partners. Ergonode is better when you want to know the licence cost before talking to a salesperson, have no IT team to maintain a server, or sell through Allegro, BaseLinker or Polish ERP systems and want ready connectors. Akeneo is better when you need a version installed on your own server, or a large marketing team enriches content for many markets and a mature ecosystem matters.

Ergonode is a ready cloud PIM that starts quickly without infrastructure. Pimcore is a platform for data and content (PIM, DAM, MDM, CMS, e-commerce) that can be extended freely and run on your own server, in the cloud or as PaaS. Choose Pimcore when you also need customer and supplier data (MDM), a product portal or a website in one system, have an unusual data model (configurators, ETIM classification, BMEcat export, many integrations), or the data must stay on your server. Choose Ergonode when you mainly need a PIM, want to start fast and prefer a subscription to your own team maintaining a server.

Shopify, Magento 2, PrestaShop, Shopware, WooCommerce and Sylius; marketplaces and feeds such as Amazon, eBay, Zalando, Etsy, Google Merchant Center and Channable; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through partner connectors; and anything else through the GraphQL API or the Apps Framework. According to ergonode.com, customers include Sportano, Home&You, Tatuum, Alpinus, Dilling and iUsed. These are Ergonode customers, not LemonMind clients.

It depends on the number of products, data sources and integrations. There is no server to set up, so we start with the data model and integrations. Our pre-implementation analysis usually takes 2 to 6 weeks and ends with a plan and an estimate. According to the vendor, most customers finish the initial configuration in a few days. A full implementation with ERP, shop and marketplace integrations takes longer, and we give the date after the analysis.
