Service and ownership model
Scope, roles, request channels, priorities, metrics, review cycle and escalation rules.
We run your PIM and product data after go-live: quality, publishing, suppliers and backlog.
When go-live turns into daily work
After go-live, products, sources, channels and business requirements keep changing. Without ongoing ownership, daily operations push out development, the backlog grows and data quality depends on how individual people react.

Channels
We look at your processes, backlog and roles and propose a starting scope with metrics.
Scope
We build the scope from a service catalogue matched to your systems, processes, team and pace of change. Every responsibility has an owner, a priority, a way of handling it and a metric agreed before the work starts.
Scope, roles, request channels, priorities, metrics, review cycle and escalation rules.
Monitoring of completeness and correctness, an issue queue, root cause analysis and a controlled correction process.
Enrichment, approval, publishing and status control of data in the agreed channels.
New formats taken in, mapped, validated and added to the running process.
Maintenance of configuration, workflows, permissions, scheduled jobs and the agreed flows between systems. Servers, hosting and version upgrades: maintenance and infrastructure.
Prioritised changes, automation, new rules, channels and integrations delivered in a controlled cycle.
How the handover works
We review processes, systems, backlog, roles, risks and the expected service level.
We sort out access, documentation, monitoring, work queues, priorities and escalation.
We run the agreed processes, control quality, report results and hold regular service reviews.
We deliver the improvement backlog, automation and new sources, rules, channels and integrations.

Read case studyYes. We start with a review of the environment, processes, documentation, backlog and responsibilities. On that basis we prepare a knowledge transfer plan and the stabilisation scope before regular service begins.
No. Handling agreed incidents can be part of the service, but the model also covers data quality, catalogue operations, onboarding, governance, the improvement backlog and platform growth. See also 5 principles of good product information management.
The scope comes from a catalogue of processes and responsibilities. We agree the systems, types of work, priorities, roles, request channels, metrics, reviews and the parts that stay with your organisation.
We do not publish one SLA for every environment. Service levels depend on how critical the processes are, support hours, the number of systems, the quality of documentation and the agreed capacity. We confirm the exact parameters before the work starts.
Not necessarily. The scope can include product data, supplier onboarding, DAM, integrations, publishing and selected e-commerce processes. We set the boundaries so that we do not duplicate the roles of your team or other vendors. Servers, environments and upgrades are part of maintenance and infrastructure.
Yes. We can start with one process, a quality queue, an integration or a stabilisation period. The starting scope should have a clear owner, metrics and the option to extend it after the first service review.

Start with ownership
In a consultation we look at the scope, roles, backlog, metrics and the way ownership will be handed over, before regular cooperation begins.
